2. The accuracy level is high and stable.
The accuracy level of induction
energy meter meter is generally 0.5-3.0, and because of mechanical wear and tear, the error is easy to change, while the electronic watt-hour meter can easily use various compensation to achieve a higher accuracy level, and the error stability is good, the accuracy level of electronic watt-hour meter is generally 0.2-1.0.
3. The starting current is small and the error curve is smooth.
Inductive watt-hour meter can only be started and measured at 0.3% Ib, the error curve changes greatly, especially at low load; while electronic watt-hour meter is very sensitive, can start and measure at 0.1% 1b, and the error curve is good, the error is almost a straight line in the full load range.
4. Wide frequency response range.
The frequency response range of inductive
energy meter is generally 45-55 Hz, while the frequency response range of electronic multi-function meter is 40-1000 Hz.
5. The effect of external magnetic field is small.
Induction
electric meter is based on the principle of moving into the magnetic field measurement, so the external magnetic field on the meter metering performance has a great impact. Electronic energy meter mainly depends on multiplier operation, and its metering performance is limited by external magnetic field.
6. Easy to install and use.
Induction watt-hour meter installation has strict requirements, if the suspension horizontal tilt deviation is large, or even significantly inclined, will cause inaccurate energy measurement. The electronic watt-hour meter uses the electronic measurement method, no mechanical rotating parts, so there is no such problem, in addition to its small size, light weight, easy to use.
7. Overload capacity.
Inductive
electric meter work with coils. In order to ensure their metering accuracy, they can only be overloaded 4 times, while electronic multi-function meters can be overloaded 6-10 times.
8. The ability to prevent stealing electricity is stronger.
Electricity theft is an unavoidable practical problem in China's urban and rural electricity consumption. Inductive watt-hour meters have poor ability to prevent electricity theft. The new electronic watt hour meter has basically realized the prevention of common electricity stealing behavior. For example, the
electric meter can measure the phase line and zero line current respectively through two current transformers, and take the large current as the basis of the electric energy measurement, so as to realize the method of preventing short current conductor from stealing electricity.
